WHAT I DO
My areas of expertise
People. Opportunities. Development.
Four perspectives on what moves us forward.
Headhunting The right person. In the right context.
The right person. In the right context.
Through Solid Search, I work with recruitment and headhunting. For several years, I have helped companies find specialists, managers, executives and board members.
My approach goes beyond the recruitment process itself. With more than 30 years of experience in sales, consulting and leadership, I have also been on the company side of the table. I therefore understand what it takes for a candidate to fit not only the position, but also the organisation, its culture and the realities of everyday business.
Experience from the advertising, construction and manufacturing industries, combined with a broad network across private and public organisations, forms part of my professional foundation. I use that background to understand the company, the role and the people who need to succeed together.
Recruitment is about more than a CV
For me, headhunting begins with understanding what the company truly needs – including what may not necessarily be written in the job description.
Through dialogue, industry insight and my network, I work to create the right match between company and candidate. The goal is not simply to fill a position, but to find a person who can create value and contribute to the organisation’s development.
Solid Search
I work with headhunting and recruitment through Solid Search, where I am Headhunter & Partner. Solid Search provides targeted recruitment across industries, with a focus on people, organisations and long-term matches.
Career Counselling A clearer view of your strengths and your next step.
When the next step isn’t obvious
A career rarely develops in a straight line. Sometimes the need for change comes from our own ambitions. At other times, circumstances create the change for us.
Through my career counselling, I offer guidance to people who want a clearer understanding of their opportunities, skills and next steps.
Our conversation starts with you and the situation you are in. It may be about finding a new direction, putting your skills into words, sharpening your professional profile or identifying opportunities you may not previously have considered.
Experience from both sides of the table
My work with candidates is closely connected to my experience in recruitment and business.
Through recruitment, I understand the perspective of companies. At the same time, I understand the questions and considerations that arise when a career changes direction.
That is where our dialogue begins: What are you good at? What motivates you? Where do you create value? And how can we translate that into a direction that is both realistic and meaningful?
The person before the title
To me, career counselling is about more than finding the next job.
Together, we explore your experience, strengths, motivation and ambitions. This gives you a stronger foundation for making your next professional choices.
Board Work Strategic perspective. Practical business experience.
Bringing experience into the boardroom
I bring many years of practical experience with businesses, people, organisations and leadership into the boardroom.
My career has covered both operational and strategic roles – from sales, consulting and leadership to organisational development and collaboration across companies and stakeholders.
That experience enables me to see both the overall direction and the everyday reality in which strategic decisions ultimately need to work.
People and business are interconnected
Organisation, leadership and people are central to my board work.
Strategies only create value when an organisation can turn them into action. That is why I focus both on the development of the business and on the people, skills and collaboration required to make that development happen.
My experience in recruitment and career counselling also allows me to contribute perspectives on talent, leadership, skills and organisational development.
A broad business perspective
Throughout my career, I have gained experience across different industries and types of organisations. I have worked with private companies, public organisations, municipalities, industry associations, consultants and contractors.
This gives me a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by different organisations.

Teaching, Talks
& Workshops
Experience and knowledge put into practice.
From experience to insight
Through teaching, talks and workshops, I have worked to turn practical experience into knowledge, reflection and dialogue with others.
In collaboration with Fynsk Erhverv, I have, among other things, worked with programmes for unemployed graduates and with topics related to HR, skills assessment and career counselling.
My experience also includes talks and teaching for larger groups.
Knowledge should be useful
My approach is practical, whether I am teaching, giving a talk or facilitating a workshop.
I draw on my experience with people, organisations, recruitment, leadership and working life. I translate that experience into perspectives that participants can relate to their own reality.
For me, the purpose is to create reflection, dialogue and new perspectives – not theory for theory’s sake.

Strong people build
stronger organisations
Throughout my career, the common thread has been people and business: recognising potential, creating development and bringing experience, skills and opportunities together.
I believe strong organisations are created when people have the opportunity to use their strengths – and when strategy, leadership and human understanding work in the same direction.
MY BACKGROUND
From everyday business
to its next chapter
I have carried the responsibility myself. As a leader, business owner and master carpenter.
My background in advertising, construction and manufacturing has given me insight into businesses from both a practical and strategic perspective. Today, I bring that experience into my work with recruitment and development.
I hold a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing Management) and have completed a board education programme at Aarhus University. My educational background also includes management training in the construction industry, building technology and business studies in organisation.
